Jason played a pivotal role in church planting and leader development as Director of the Send Network in New England and now serves as a StratOp and LifePlan guide with the Paterson Center, providing leadership and organizational consulting to churches, non-profits, and businesses. Jason’s dedication to pushing his limits in endurance sports reflects his belief in the transformative power of pushing boundaries, both personally and professionally. Rachel Hodges is a dedicated leader with a wealth of experience in coaching and guiding others toward spiritual and physical transformation. Rachel combines her 10 years of church planting experience in Boston & New England, her expertise as a physical trainer, and her training as a Life Plan guide with the Paterson Center to provide women with the tools and encouragement they need to overcome their obstacles. Rachel’s compassion and leadership within the Elevate Marriage Tribe make her a powerful force in helping women and marriages thrive.
